You can't they are a part of Facebook and that is how Facebook gets revenue, if these are pop-up ads then you should try enabling a pop-up blocker on your browser

First, download Mozilla Firefox from Mozilla.com
After installing it, open Firefox and search google for Adblock Plus.
Click the first link that takes you to http://adblockplus.org/en/
click the link that says install adblock plus.
Follow the on screen directions after that.

You enable an adblocker on your web brower and no more annoying ads on any sites
