you can upload pics only if you are the creator or an admin who has been given rights by the creator to do so...
ask the creator to check the group settings...
if u have the rights to change pic,
just go to ur group, click on the profile pic of ur group, there'l be a prompt of 'edit picture' which will ask u to upload on being clicked...
