How do facebook ads work? - Kuervo - 11-09-2012 10:31 AM

I want to place an ad for a restaurant, but I don't understand the rules of how it works I need help. Tell me if I get the basic idea right, I can set up a budget, lets say I have $100 budget, and I choose the Pay per Click at 0.50 cents, does that mean that they will deduct 50 cents out of my budget everytime someone clicks on it?

Yes, that's the gist of it. You have to pay each time someone clicks on it. If enough people click on it, in this case 200 times, the ad will be removed because you budget ran out. However, you don't get charged just for people seeing it. Just if they click on it.

I really hope this helped!
