I heard it was true.
Someone was able to tell my friend that she had been on their profile recently, and she never talks to that person so it's not like that person would have made it up.

no it's just a rumor. there are many softwares on the net that claim they will let u know who has viewed ur profile but if u actually DL it u only get a virus.
FB won't allow any profile tracker due to privacy reasons

No, Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles, timelines or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
