Twitter slang: what does this mean? - Lolar Pinch - 10-01-2012 03:28 PM Ok well I was on Bruno Mars' twitter page and he wrote this: A girl walks up to me and says "you look like that singer" I say "Bruno mars?" She replies "ill hell no" #KindaHurts What does #KindaHurts mean? I clicked the link and it just took me to a page where other people have said the same quote. WHAT IS IT!? Lol but why does it have a link? why can't it just be in normal writing and whats with the # sign - roundwool378 - 10-01-2012 03:36 PM Kinda hurts. Pretty obvious. - α gιÑâ„“. - 10-01-2012 03:36 PM That it kinda hurts. - Phantomlaborer420 - 10-01-2012 03:36 PM What other people said and the # sign is like a comment about it. E.g " My hair looks so bad" #Ihaterain idk why the # comment, its just a way to get stuff trending : ) - You Okay,BB? - 10-01-2012 03:36 PM On Twitter they have trending topics and trending phrases. They use the # sign. It's a Twitter thing, I guess. - Fanaticalhen990 - 10-01-2012 03:36 PM It means Kinda Hurts! Twitter prahses can be tracked so that people can talk to other people talking about the same things. That's how they do Twitter parties. - relievedhome546 - 10-01-2012 03:36 PM idk why they put # there.. he said Kinda Hurts. but, if you put a space the whole word wont be like the link or something. i dont know what its about. i guess like the main topic or a point . - Paul Preston - 10-01-2012 03:36 PM When she doesn't like something she says "KindaHurts" |
