Not sure if that made anyy sense, but, above threee Likes on the right side of your facebook is a Create an ad link. Is this a place to go make your own likey ma bobberr?

No, creating an Ad is in the right hand side bar if you've noticed those, for large businesses and stuff. To create a like go to ads and pages -> create new page -> go through the process and whan your like is on facebook!

No, they are for businesses which need advertisements on Facebook.
