Yes. "Friends of Friends" just means your friends, AND your friend's friends can see your posts.

Yes of course. What would be the point of only friends of friends being able to see? So yeah your friends will be able to see your photos or whatever.

Yes, this just means your friends can see your pictures and friends of your friends can see your pictures but random people who don't know you can't see them.
