How do you remove a location on the facebook timeline map? - Del - 11-09-2012 10:36 AM
Removing the event on page does nothing, no changes, the places don't get removed.
clicking 'delete post' dost nothing, says 'failed to hide mini-feed story', but it's still there on my map.

I'm having this same problem! I ended up just switching the privacy to "only me" on that location, but it's still very annoying.

Go to your main timeline page and click on your "about" box below your profile pic.
Under the Living category you will see a list of locations.
Click the link underneath the name of the location and then you should be taken to a page where you have the option to delete that location/post.
Rinse and repeat for each location you want to delete.
