I have a bunch of friends on my facebook that one of my other friends dosen't even know. Now my friends is just requesting them whe he dosen't even know them. Just so he can more firends then me.

there really isn't much you can do, except ask them why and tell them it bothers you. But facebook isn't just to talk with old friends, it is also to find new friends. Why wouldn't you want your all your friends be friends?

If they wouldn't want to be friends with him they wouldn't accept the request so what's your problem. Jealousy?

Just because he is requesting them it doesn't mean they will necessarily except his request.

Just do one thing delete him and block him so he can never find you again in search terms.

try to see if you can hide your friends. or let him add them. if that makes him feel cool and wanted, then let it be. you know the number of friends you have is a true number, his isn't
