cos atm i have to go to each group one by on and leave and its taking forever!! im like 300 groups

I'm afraid not. There used to be a button that says 'Leave Group' before you even clicked on the group but not anymore. I know how annoying it is!

No you have to do it one by one. Unless you delete your account.
