I have an ad called page rage on my facebook and I want it gone.when i go to delete it it comes back.

go on google chrome and get ad blocker it works really well and its free

Search for Google Chrome or Firefox (Whichever you are using) Ad blocker addon on Google. You will get some addon that works really nice. install any of them with the good review and you are done

It sounds like you have a malicious program on your computer known as "adware" that is injecting the ads, see here for more info: https://www.facebook.com/help/adware
BTW for the best way to get rid of Facebooks normal ads, just install the FB Purity browser extension, its 100% safe & has lots of features for keeping your facebook clean from ads and other junk you dont want to see:

Also if you are looking to improve your facebook fan page and you could do with some more real fans then you could do what i have done and get some new people to talk to on there! Ill put a link in the bottem for anyone who is interested
