Firstly, you have to go to your Profile. Then you Click on the 'Info' Tab. Next, you scroll down to the groups you are already part of and above the list there should be "See All". Click on See All. Then at the top of the page there should be a heading that Says My Groups. Directly under that there will be a link which says 'Create a Group' That's What you click!
