Spiritually Spanking: Do you debate Facebook friends/family on religious topics? - Loki LaufeyJarson - 11-09-2012 10:38 AM

Cause every now and then I comment on these Christian posts that my family puts up. Which might lead to a small debate every now and then....

Like today I commented on a link put up by my mother, in which she said she didn't want to debate me on the issue. (Despite the video claiming to "school" atheists.)

I don't go on Facebook; Satan invented it.

No, that's a good way to get your a*s kicked the next day at like school or something.

Facebook is so last millennium.

text/typed debates are useless, only debate to do is in person.

No.

I'd rather have a physical spanking. Oops, did I say that out loud?

No, I leave their religion alone as long as they leave it on their own page.

Debate? There's no need. My friends and family know me well, and they fully realize that debating these subjects with me is a lost cause for them. God Bless you.

No I don't. Debating isn't helping. If someone has legitimate questions I can provide information.

I've never been on Facebook.

Your mother clearly isn't interested in whether or not her beliefs are true.
