in the first i've enough follower but they unfollowed me. now i need more followers and more friends on twitter. i confused why so many people unfollowed me.

If you lose followers, it is because they become uninterested. Make your tweets more interesting. You do not "need" more followers. You want more followers, and I can't imagine why.
