I found one of my favorite rock stars on Facebook but she's reached the limit to adding friends which makes me mad but I sent her a message but she hasn't written back yet. I really want to talk to her. She's my hero. Even though she's not my friend can I still chat with her ?

it depends if that someone has their privacy settings set to where you can't, but just try to message them & find out for yourself
