i just made an account on twitter. I what else is their 2 do besides post what u 4 doing & send a direct message which is like talking 2 friends

Well, nothing, really. You can send updates from your cell phone, and subscribe to others' updates, though. Also, if you wish, you can have the updates sent to your cell phone.
Next time, try phrasing your question better for better answers.
("What services does twitter have? I have a few other questions as well" etcetera...it can be aggravating to read and often times people will ignore questions completely when they contain "2", "4", "i", "u" and such...plus it's more searchable)
