Its not possible unless the admin himself set you as admin.
No other unethical way you can get into this.

you can always hack the admins account and know there password an do it.
some hacking suggestions
key loggers (easiest)
Trojans
etc
or the combinations of many
but you have to learn that by your self..(there are many guidebooks on Google)

Not Possible unless the Admin Adds you as a Admin And Dont Get into Hacking its Not Legal and you can Get into big time Trouble For Hacking
