If I "highlight" a story on my Facebook timeline, I know that others will see it but will they know it's highlighted? Like will it say that it is? Thanks in advance!

The highlighted item will appear bigger than the rest of your posts, so that indicates that you highlighted it. It won't come up on other people's News Feeds or tickers that say you highlighted something though.
