i want only those people to add me who know my email id ..or how to stop everybody
Account-->Privacy Settings-->Contact Information--->add me as friend
i cant find any" ad me as friend" in facebook...

The only way is:
Account ---> privacy settings ---> Basic Directory Information ---> View settings ---> Send me friend requests ---> Friends of Friends.
Click the "Preview my Profile" button.

you can't do that facebook is for creating friends
