if someone on facebook adds you as a friend and has blocked someone you are friends with, will the person who has been blocked be able to see you that have become friends with the person who blocked them?

Yes. Only your blocked friends wont see you. There is no connection between the blocked person of your friends account to your account.

If the blocked person has posted something on YOUR timeline, or has tagged you in any way, those are the ONLY ways the blocked person can see anything from who blocked them, but they have to actually be on YOUR profile to be able to.

They Will Still be Able to See The Notifcation But When They Try to Go to the Profile they wont be able to access it
