I'm trying to lose contact with my ex-boyfriend, who i really regret dating. I've told him to leave me alone since the day we brokeup. First week we brokeup he had this girl message me on Facebook saying I'm a whore and not even pregnant. Then the second week he had his friend text me telling me a bunch of shit for him because he was too scared to say anything to me. Then after that he just had people view my profile. I've told him that the baby is not his. I've this friend who is telling me he's the father. We brokeup June 18th. My due date is April 1st. It's impossible for it to be his baby. I even had a dna test with having the doctor putting a needle in my stomach. My boyfriend is 99% the father. Yet my "friend" is bitching me out saying my ex is the father and to have him tested. So i'm feeling all sort of stalked right now. :/ If i got a restraining order what would happen? How do i go with getting a restraining order?

My question is what would happend if you don't go and get one ?
You want your baby to be heathy so leave all sources of stress aside.
Get the restraining order. so you can give birth to a healthy baby.
This is your call.
Once the baby born (and many months have passed) you can require counceling.
You can then propose to do it mutal agreement or to let the court decide!
