I just created my facebook page yesterday, and I know nothing about it.

At the very bottom of the window is a bar:
On the right is your friends that are available to chat and your notifications.
On the left is the little facebook icon and a link that says "Applications"
Click the link. Several things should come up under "Recently Used" and "Bookmarked". Below this are the links "Edit Applications" and "Browse More Applications".
If you use a Facebook application often, than you should probably bookmark it. You can do so by clicking "Bookmark" in the same bar I was talking about earlier.
