In short, no.
The apps that you can add which appear to show you who has viewed your profile can't do what they say they can. All they can do is trawl your facebook for people who have commented on status/pictures, or "liked" them.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
