Make sure that it's syncing with your iPod.
Try dragging and dropping the apps onto your iPod within the iTunes window.

If that doesn't work, seek technical help from the Apple website.

Easiest way:
Go to your app store button on the ipod, look for an app you want, click on it, click "install" and it will go on your ipod in a few seconds.

Ok, this should help.

1. Plug your I-pod into the computer and open up I-Tunes.

2. Go to ______'s I-Pod. This is the one that shows all the info about your I-pod.

3. At the top there should be tabs. Click the last one or the one that says 'Applications.'

4. Check the Sync Applications, or whatever you want to check off.

5. Sync your I-pod.

Good Luck!
