I know that if you go into privacy settings, you can set who can and can't see certain aspects of your timeline, but is there a way to change these settings for a specific thing that somebody posts on your wall/timeline instead of blocking somebody from seeing ALL timeline posts? Thanks!

not if the post on your wall was created by someone else, cool eh?
you will just have to delete it
you can change your settings if you want so people cannot create new posts on your profile anymore, which would prevent this from happening in the future
