Just curious if anyone knows if facebook friends can see if you look at their page. With the new "upgrades" facebook has released, do friends now know if you look at their profile?

No. Friends cannot see if others look at their pages. Although, if you post or tag a picture, it will go to their page leading them to knowing you were on it.
