I've searched every nook and cranny of the Privacy controls, and while I can limit almost everything, those on my strictest "Limited" profile view can still see what Pages I am a Fan of, can see that I just became a Fan of something, and can also seem some of the third-party applications. This is a nightmare scenario for anyone trying to remain partially-closeted on Facebook.
