Like, I wanna create a page but, does it post "Dylan just made a new Facebook page!" Like on your newsfeed? I don't want my friends noticing I made this page.

If there are certain people you want not to see your facebook page, you can chose to block them, or you can also adjust your security settings so only facebook friends will see your newsfeed. And it will show that you made a facebook, but it will only be shown to people who you have approved as friends.

When you first create it, there is no announcement made, otherwise there would probably be hundreds, or thousands, of such announcements every week. Once it is made, anyone can find it by searching for your name from their Facebook account. You could adjust your privacy settings to avoid this.
