I'm new to twitter so I'm not familiar to everything . When someone say . " someone is tweet watching me " what does that mean ? How can I find out if someone is tweet watching me ? What does subtweet mean ? & also how can I gain not followers .? Please help me thank you .

Well "someone is tweet watching me" is like fb stalking in a way lol they are like, watching your tweets. You can gain followers by following pages of interest and follow those ppl who also follow it. Or you can follow a bunch of followback pages. Follow me! @HeySayMei
