so i was just promoted to admin on my brothers Facebook group, and i want to kick all members from it, and i was wondering if i could get in trouble for it. so just some feed back if this is true, or if im just being stupid.

this is not at all against the rules in fact the person who promoted you to admin agreed that you could do anything you want with the group.

it's mean, but you arent going to get in any trouble for it, other than maybe what your brother will do to you for revenge
