Hi usually you can only chat via the chat box on facebook to your facebook friends and only inbox other people. Is there a program i can install that would let me chat with people not on my friend list? i am asking this because me and my friend don't seem to be getting requests off eachover but would like to chat and know when we are online. any help thank you

Um, you can install the Facebook messenger app on your phone and chat just like texting
