I'm find with people sending me game apps, except this one woman. She sends
me way too many a day. I don't want to delete her as a friend, nor do I want to
block everyone from sending me game apps. Is there a way to just block her
from sending me game apps? Thanks!

yes delete her.

Go to privacy settings then click manage blocking and find where it says block app invites and enter her name.
