How can I block certain people's and groups status' from my news feed on Facebook? - tallpan596 - 11-09-2012 11:04 AM
I've read how you are supposed to block certain people's status updates on Facebook news feed, but when I roll over the "x" in the corner and click on it, "Hide Post" and "Report Post or Spam" are the only options that appear. How else can I block people's status from my news feed? Thank you.

when you click hide post there should be an option where the post was that says Hide all by _____. Good luck!!

That option seems to have gone away, because you can't anymore. Facebook hasn't acknowledged it in their Help screens; they still have the old instructions.
