Facebook isn't a popularity contest, and people who think it is are most likely very shallow.
Furthermore, if you truly have 20 friends in your life, you should consider yourself very lucky: most people have have nearly as many.

NO WAY! if you dont use it that much its totally understandable, i mean, when i got my facebook, i had like 5 friends and never used it. all my friends had hundreds and they thought it was perfectly fine. all you need to do is find other people that use facebook when you get into college. after all, you can never to many or to little friends.

that doesn't make you look like a loser. there is no right or wrong stuff to have on there. just put more into it when you are ready.

& not having a pic does look bad cuz it makes yu seem like yu dont have enough confidence or yur too embarasserd for ppl to see pix of yu.
