There are many ways by which you can do so. But one of the easiest way is provided below.
1. Follow the members with a lot of followers already.
Example : Britney Spears, CNN IBN, Obama, etc.
2. If you do so, then you will be shown in the list of FOLLOWERS. Because you started following them just now.
3. Now, go to the same profile pages, and click on "UnFollow" button.
4. Again go to their profiles and click on "Follow" button. Now you will be shown in the recent followers list.
5. Repeat the process any number of times but with a time gap of at least 10 to 15 minutes.
Every time you follow and unfollow like this, you will get at least 2 to 3 followers back.
The only problem is that your followers may not be targeted. But there will be tons of people following you.
