okay, now, all my friends told me about this "twitter chain" that allows you to get more FOLLOWERS "400" per day as it advertises,
so im like "cool, ill give it a try."
come to find out 3 hours later i have 21 more people that i was FOLLOWING.
i have done everything, i have changed the password, the email, the user name, everything! it doesn't seem like ive stoped them .
can anyone help me?

*sigh* It is a story I hear all to often . Unfortunately the only thing to do is to delete your twitter account and start over. What on earth would you do with 400 random people a day anyway? Listen to all there bot dribble? Come on now if you are going to use twitter you have to learn to use it effectively.
I will take 100 followers verses 400k untargeted any day. As untargeted followers have no benefit what so ever. Are you trying to make money from your account? I make about 200 a day from my twitter account and all the followers are highly targeted.
