This person annoys me so bad and pretty much anything she does on facebook ruins a movie or book or my day. I wanna delete her from my friends but she has issues (like certified legitimate mental issues) so I don't wanna be a dick, but this is driving me crazy. If I delete her from my friends, will she be alerted or anything that would make her know?

Facebook does not alert a user when a friend has been deleted. Only way she would know is if she specifically didn't see you in her friends' list.

Only if she looks for you and can't find your name on her list then she'll know , but if thats not the case then she'll never find out
But if she always messages you and crap then she bond to find out,.
