I know that posting interesting stuff so people like it. But, how do you know if they're even reading it? Like, how do you get people to read it?

Follow more people and hope for follow backs. Also, reply to tweets so they notice you and maybe look at your profile. Make sure you're following real people and not companies or business people looking for networking
