I'm sure it is still there, if you just posted it on your wall and not in an album just check your photo's and go to wall photos. If it is not there log out and restart your computer and then log back in and see if that will fix the issue. However if it somehow disappeared by something facebook did you will not be able to get it back. I'm sorry
