a friend posted on my facebook wall but I do not want to hide the post but i do not want anyone to see the wall post Except for me and that pacific person that has posted on my wall
I tried to go on the activity log and set "who can see this wall post?" to only me instead of friends but it does not have that option of "to only me" unless if there is another way to do it?

Select custom and change the audience.
You have to use the audience selector near to the post, don't go to activity log to change audience.
