My facebook friends mention or tag me in some really weird posts all the time lol and i'm wondering if it will show up on my other friends news feed even if they aren't mutual friends, is that true? If so is there anyway to hide that activity from them?

i think the answer is yes but all you have to do is go to your setting (privacy)

yes just go into privacy and check the tag (OFF) button

Yeah they can. It'll say _________ has been tagged in ________'s photo. You can change this by going to your privacy settings
