My uncle made a Facebook group and added all the members of our family so we could use group chat and whatnot. Any time someone writes on the group's wall, a comment automatically shows up from my cousin, like this:

He's already tried changing both his email and password, but nothing fixes it. Any suggestions?

Clean up your browser/computer and set up the firewall.
