So i made a fan page/group on facebook, and it is sort of a petition. I already sent it out to all my friends, but I was wondering how do I send it out to random people, (I need a lot of people) like all my friends have already joined, but how do i send it to random people? Thank you!

I don't think you can send it out to random people. But when your friends joins the group, your group will appear on the person's friends' facebook homepage on the suggestion section

Sending random people may be consider as a spam. You can update your status with your group link containing a message of joining it. Or you can post your group link in relevant groups and fan pages having a message of joining it.
