I know there is a law suit on the go that has delayed everything, but does anyone know a legit date
when this thing is coming out for all us?

its supposed to come February next year estimated month

I wish I knew, I can't find any information about it other than it's delayed due to a lawsuit.

Yes, it was meant to be released on October 6 but there is a lawsuit delaying it. I don't think anybody knows when it was coming out now and Facebook are working hard to release it ASAP. There is a good chance it will be released within the next week.
