I uploaded an album where I set the privacy settings so that only certain people can see the album on facebook. Though I did this, I want one or two of the pictures to be public for all of my friends to see. Is there a way to do that without uploading them to another album?
I know that with mobile uploads, you can have different privacy settings for each photo, but is there a way to do that for other albums without changing the entire albums privacy settings?

You can Set your Privacy Settings when you upload complete your photo. Then Select "Only Me". Many settings are Available. If you set "Only Me" your friends and Public can't see your picture.

it depends which album it is... each album has different options
