How do you do that? Their profile is completely not clickable only their name in black but I can still see a small pic of them? How do I do that? Thanks in advance

Go to your:
Settings --> Privacy --> Search --> then you will find a list of what people can see of you in a search. Tick the box which says your profile photo. Hope that helps!
