I'm not friends with this person on facebook. And I don't want to be. But I want to suggest them to be friends with someone I actually AM friends with. Can I do that? It seems like I can only suggest friends from my friends list... :/

You can say, "hey friend, you might want to be friends with this person." You don't always need an app for that.

you can't do it.you can only suggest friends in your list.send a mail with a link to friend.she/he'll be add this person.
