I mean send one wall post to multiple friends at the same time like in the messenger sending the same message for multiple contacts, I don't know if that's possible with the wall posts on the facebook or not?

You can't send multiple Wall posts on Facebook using the regular Wall. You need to add different Wall apps (like SuperWall or FunWall) to send multiple posts at one time. Once you add those apps, there's a forward link and you can send posts to multiple people at the same time.
