I just started a 1D twitter and I only have 25 followers so far
I'm not sure how to get people to notice me more.Also there is this girl with an account similar to mine who is tweeting people asking them to shout her out because her old account got hacked and she's gotten 500 followers over the last 2 days.. so do you think if I ask for shoutouts they will do it for me? Because I havent been hacked, im just new

Just keep posting about 1d and keep on tweeting to 1d that's what I do but with youtubers and I have quite a few followers

Write interesting stuff. That will get you real followers. The ones that you get from a shoutout are just phoneys.
