When the new Facebook update came out it released all my information that I was limiting from a certain group of people which really pisses me off. With this new update, how do you limit groups of people from seeing your wall, contact information, etc.

You can't. It is either no one, friends only or friends of friends.

set up your custom lists
you can add your existing friends to "close friends" or "family" or "acquaintances" or "restricted" and you can even make your own custom groups
